A new festival in Enschede city centre.
Two well-known Enschede festivals, Red Roots and the Street Art Festival, are joining forces to create a single festival that blends art and music. Scattered throughout the city, you’ll discover live performances, new murals, art projects and creative workshops. There’s plenty to experience at various locations. These artists have already been confirmed: Elephant, Dawn Brothers, The Bird Experience and Néomí. The line-up has been curated by Metropool | Poppodia van Twente.
The programme includes, among other things, an impressive 3D acrylic floor painting and jam sessions. There is something for everyone, including the little ones. Take part in creative workshops and activities. There will also be street theatre and city walks past new and existing murals, allowing you to get to know the city from a different perspective. Or check out the Wall of Fame: a specially designed space where artists can get to work and let their creativity run wild.
