Enschede Fashion Week
In celebration of the 700th anniversary of the city of Enschede, the Enschede Fashion Week is being organized.
The week will focus on the city’s rich textile history.
In celebration of Enschede's 700th anniversary, the "Enschede Fashion Week" will take place from June 23 to June 29. This week is inspired by the heritage of the textile industry and the current and future developments of the city.
Local entrepreneurs, educational institutions, and residents of Enschede play a vital role, with a spectacular catwalk show and a fashion and beauty village on Sunday, June 29, at Van Heekplein in the city center of Enschede as the highlight. On this day, several fashion shows will be presented, along with live music, a DJ, entertainment, workshops, stalls, and a networking lounge for entrepreneurs.
The festivities on June 29 will be opened by the mayor of Enschede and hosted by a well-known local personality.
