Parking Garage Rates
At the parking garages, the following rates apply:
- The hourly rate is €3.30 from 07:00 to 19:00.
- From 19:00 to 07:00, the hourly rate is €1.00.
- The Stationsplein, Irene, and H.J. van Heek parking garages have a maximum daily rate of €16.50.
- The maximum evening/night rate for the above garages is €3.00.
- The Mooienhof and Hermandad garages have a maximum daily rate of €8.50.
- The Q-Park garage charges from €0.50 per 15 minutes. The maximum daily rate is €16.00. Click here for exact pricing.
- In all garages, you can pay with banknotes, coins (from €0.10), and debit or credit card.
- Regular parking fees apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
P+R (Park and Ride) Area
- P+R Zuiderval: Parking costs €3 per day.
With your ticket, you can take up to 5 people for free by bus to the city center.
On-Street Parking in the City Center
Zone 1 (Inner City)
- Hourly rate: €3.80
- Monday to Saturday: 09:00–23:00
- Sunday: 13:00–23:00
Zones 2 to 8 (City edges up to the ring road)
- Hourly rate: €3.40
- Monday to Saturday: 09:00–19:00
- Sunday: 13:00–19:00
Public Holidays
Free street parking on:
- New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Pentecost Sunday, and Christmas Day.
- Sunday shopping hours apply on:
- Good Friday, Easter Monday, King's Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, and Boxing Day.

Maximum Parking Time
In some streets, the maximum parking time is two hours. This is indicated on the parking meter.

Via a parking app on your mobile phone. You only pay for the actual parking time. Download via the App Store or Play Store.

Parking for Buses and Coaches
You can transport guests by bus or coach. The following locations are available for boarding and drop-off:
- At the bus station in front of the main train station
- At the Van Heekplein bus stops. Note: The bus may only stop at the beginning of each bus platform to allow regular buses to maneuver.

Parking at Go Planet Parc
You can park your car for free at Go Planet Parc. This area is conveniently located next to the Grolsch Veste stadium. From there, it’s easy to travel to the city center by train or bus. From Kennispark Station, take the train to Enschede or hop on a bus from Station Kennispark bus stop to the city center.
