Downtown Enschede sparkles with extra Christmas lights and Christmas trees. The city centre will be decorated with extra lights in the shopping streets, light objects in the trees, the beautifully lit Twentse Ros at Ei van Ko and an illuminated Christmas tree on the H.J. van Heekplein. Downtown decoration
During Winters Enschede, downtown Enschede sparkles. Festive lights, beautiful objects and atmospheric music fill the streets. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas... In the centre, stands during Winters Enschede a meter-high illuminated Twents Ros. Proudly, we give this icon of Twente a beautiful central place. The Langestraat will be transformed again this year into the Long Lane of Love. Here, love triumphs! The street will be decorated with romantic heart lights and miniature houses. Of course, the holidays are not complete without a beautiful Christmas tree. Therefore, on the famous H.J. van Heekplein, there will be a large illuminated and beautifully decorated tree starting in December. The other trees in the city centre will also be decorated with beautiful lights.
